In the wake of unarmed teen Michael Brown's killing at the hands of police, Ferguson has prompted a great deal of soul searching about the legacy of historical systemic inequity in America.

This week, World Trust's president and founder Shakti Butler was on KALW's Your Call. She discussed the documentary Cracking the Codes: The System of Racial Inequity, along with the difficulty - and promise - that can arise when we talk about race.
